Our mission is to connect job seekers, employers, educators, and service providers to enable neurodivergent individuals to gain meaningful employment.

Join us for the Connect and Learn Meet Up on May 12, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM at West Chester University. The event centers on guided employer–job seeker conversations that help participants build confidence, refine communication, and explore next steps.
This year’s Meet Up also includes a new Lunch & Learn component, open to the full NENPHL network, focused on practical strategies for supporting neuro inclusion in the workplace.

Retention by Design is a half-day, in-person symposium co-hosted by NENPHL, the Independence Business Alliance, and Philly SHRM, bringing together partners across different networks who share a commitment to inclusion and advancing neurodiversity in the workplace.
This event explores how thoughtful workplace systems can improve retention, engagement, and long-term success, with practical insights grounded in real-world experience. Join us for an energizing afternoon of learning, connection, and actionable ideas that reflect both shared values and the strength of cross-sector collaboration.
