This program will also help HR professionals inspire more inclusive workplaces for neurodivergent employees & employees with disabilities. Learning best practices for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, with a particular interest in disability inclusion and neurodiversity. In addition, this will be a comprehensive program on diversity, equity, equality, inclusion & paradoxes of gender; transgender acceptance and understanding in the workplace. Lastly, this program will show HR professionals how to lead D&I initiatives and how to get commitment from the C-Suite to create a diverse and inclusive workplace.

– How to respond, accommodate, and prepare your organization when an employee informs the director that they are about to pursue their formal Gender Affirmation (transition) from either female to male, or male to female.
