DESCRIPTION:Hiring neurodiverse talent can be very advantageous for employers. Yet\, neurodiverse individuals\, particularly those with autism\, experience higher levels of unemployment and underemployment than both people without disabilities and people with other types of disabilities. This webinar will discuss effective practices and predictors of positive post-school outcomes for transition-aged youth with autism\, strategies to improve hiring experiences and outcomes for autistic job applicants\, and recommendations to promote disability inclusion within the workplace.
