SUMMARY:Neurodiversity as a Competitive Advantage
DESCRIPTION:“As corporate diversity programs enter the mainstream and the benefits of hiring workers from underrepresented backgrounds become more widely known\, there is still one group that isn’t often talked about: the neurodiverse. Neurodiversity is an umbrella term that refers to the breadth of human neurocognitive functioning. Neurodivergent people can experience conditions including autism\, ADHD\, obsessive-compulsive disorders\, and dyslexia\, to name just a few. Meanwhile\, companies that have started seeking out neurodiverse talent are already seeing the benefits. \nTogether\, with a host of neurodiversity champions\, we’ll have a timely discussion around how individuals can harness their differences as gifts\, and how companies can lean into neurodiversity to create more inclusive and productive workplaces.”
