Free Vending Space for Autistic Business Owners/Creators: Kamp For Kids is offering free vending space to any child or adult with Autism. New Energy Music, a nonprofit organization founded on a mission to support the work and wellness of Original Musicians, has begun fundraising to establish a full-scale, inclusive Music Production Studio in New York City. Once space is secured, New Energy Music will create opportunities in Applied Music Theory and Applied Sound Engineering for qualified Original Musicians. An introduction video released on 6/22/23 shares stories from both Neurodivergent and Neurotypical Musicians, including the organization’s Founder, Justin King, and reveals how critical engaging with the craft of music is. Stanford Virtual Neurodiversity Summit: The third virtual Stanford Neurodiversity Summit will take place from October 1 to 3, 2023. The theme of this year’s summit is “Working Together to Strengthen the Neurodiverse Community.” This virtual summit is a unique conference bringing together neurodiverse / neurodivergent individuals, employers, service agencies, educators and students, parents, and professionals from all areas of the field. Call for Personal Stories: Do you have a story to tell? Share it at the 2023 PA Autism Training Conference (PATC)! We’re looking for both written and video stories from autistic individuals to showcase at the statewide conference, held virtually November 7-9, 2023.
