We have a global Employee Resource Group, TH!NK, dedicated to leading the conversation and encouraging learning around neurodivergent individuals, parents/family members of neurodivergent individuals, and most importantly the relationship between neurodiversity and our workplace.
We are also developing support systems for our neurodivergent employees and education to build allies throughout AstraZeneca.
AstraZeneca is one of the founding members of Neurodiversity in Business (NiB), a new industry forum set up to support neurodivergent employees, working with businesses in the UK to help lead changes in this area. NiB works with businesses by sharing best practice. Its mission is to help develop more neuroinclusive workplaces.
