Specific Relevance to Neurodiversity:
- ThreadTheGame is a video game, powered by proprietary psychometric algorithms, designed to uncover and highlight the hidden talents of the individual user – to the user. This information will be used to help match the individual to aligned work that they might not otherwise have found or been seen for.
- The game itself contains sensory controls designed specifically for people with autism. The game testing team and game advisors (still being established) are primarily neurodivergent. Our core team at Haystack has neurodivergence within it, its spouses, siblings, parents, cousins and close friends. We have a fiercely passionate team who wish to not only change the unemployment rate for autistic job seekers, but match people with work that plays to their natural talents.
- The game will be free of charge and promoted to Colleges where there is an established neurodiversity program, but open to all individuals who wish to play. Haystack will work with neurodiversity specialist recruiters or talent acquisition specialists currently at a company that has an established neurodiversity program.
- We are seeking to connect with individuals, Colleges, or Employers who would have an interest in partnering with us to help us change unemployment rates for autistic job seekers.
