Aspiritech is a tech services company with a mission to provide meaningful employment for autistic adults. We provide comprehensive quality assurance services, including software QA testing, digital accessibility testing, and data services.

Relevance to Neurodiversity:

• Aspiritech’s mission is to show the world what autistic people are capable of. We deliver on all of the tech services work we do for clients with a fully autistic team, and we have autistic people in every level and department of our organization.
• We specialize in supporting autistic and neurodivergent employees in the workplace, which we do through our inclusion & outreach team, our company ERGs that provide places for employees to share their lived experiences, and through Stepping Up & Out, which offers virtual and in-person connection opportunites for adults on the spectrum.
• Aspiritech also leads the Aspiritech Academy, a training program that prepares autistic adults for careers in tech and quality assurance. The program is funded through our partners and free for participants.
• Finally, we offer neurodiversity in the workplace training and consulting through our NeuroGrowth program
