Ed Hunter is an professional career and executive coach who is also a father of an adult son with functioning autism and ADD. I have also been a Career Services Director at a college in Philadelphia, where I worked directly with our neurodiverse students and graduates. Once leaving school, there are few services to support adults in finding meaningful, self-actualizing work. I began working within this specialized area in response to that need.
