The Arc of Philadelphia is an advocacy organization supporting people with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and their families to promote active citizenship, self-determination, and full inclusion in Philadelphia and Delaware Counties.
Free programs that provide guidance in navigating disability services that include:
- Child Advocacy for IEP and Special Education support.
- Adult Advocacy for Medicaid benefits counseling (Waiver funding for Home & Community Based Services (HCBS), Social Security Income (SSI), Medical Assistance (MA), etc.).
- Policy Advocacy to advance disability rights with the local, state, and federal elected officials.
