- You will remain seated at one table. Professionals will rotate to you.
- Share your resume, portfolio, or elevator pitch with professionals.
- You are welcome to bring materials to your table, such as:
- Physical copies of your resume.
- A computer for sharing digital materials.
- It is not required to share materials.
Professionals and employer representatives
- You will rotate between tables every 10 minutes.
- Engage in short, focused conversations with each job seeker.
- Sample prompts will be available at each table to guide your conversations.
- Offer encouragement, feedback, and suggestions for next steps.
- Continued connection is welcome. There will be a communication form available after the event.
As part of creating a respectful and supportive environment, we ask that any follow-up from employers be centered on relevant, paid opportunities.

What should I wear?
Many people will be in business casual attire. Wear what makes you feel comfortable. A tie or formal wear is not necessary.
Is this a hiring event?
No. This is a practice-based experience focused on relationship building and feedback.
