MidAtlantic Employers Association Leadership Conference

MEA’s 2024 Leadership Conference offers participants an immersive experience, providing
attendees with practical tools, strategies, and inspiration to drive positive workplace change.
Empowering individual leaders with such valuable resources ensures they are well-equipped to shape a thriving workplace, while attending and participating as a group fosters stronger internal collaboration and alignment on leadership approaches. Kevin Davis and Laura Sibbald will be presenting on Embracing Neurodiversity in the Workplace during the breakout sessions.

MEA has offered to set aside seats for NEN Members at the discounted rate of $250, allowing those in our network to come together and experience the event. NEN Members who are interested in attending should contact Matt Roessler, Director of Member Engagement at

If any NEN Member organizations would like to purchase their own table for (8) of their team
members, they may do so at the same per seat cost.

As an added benefit, NEN attendees will be able to join a post-conference debrief session facilitated by Margaret Uhrich or Sarah Acuna, MEA’s Training, Development, and Coaching experts.
