NENPHL: Message from the Executive Director
Hello Allies for Neuroinclusion,
Happy Disability Pride Month! This Summer, we’re amplifying the strength and diversity within our community with an exciting lineup in our newsletter. Dive into updates on upcoming events that bring us together, discover inspiring member spotlights, and explore various opportunities to get involved and make a difference. Let’s continue to support and uplift each other as we champion neurodiversity in the workplace. Join us in celebrating our unique abilities and contributions.
NENPHL is committed to creating more opportunities for engagement and action within our community. One way of facilitating connection is through our Newsletter. This edition has been updated to focus on opportunities for network members to come together. This can be through guest contributions, organization & member highlights, events, research, and other activities! We even have a special opportunity for members to attend the Mid Atlantic Employer’s Association Conference (MEA) Leadership Conference at a discounted rate!

Event Highlights: Engage, Explore, and Evolve with NENPHL!
NENPHL’s Summer Quarterly Event is coming to West Chester University in the SECC Ballroom A & B on August 6, 2024.
Get ready to take action in expanding neuroinclusive workplaces in Philadelphia! Parking will be available in the Commons Garage and light refreshments will be served. All registrants will receive a full agenda, parking instructions, and updates via email prior to the event.

Join NENPHL on Saturday August 24th at A Step Up Academy’s 1st Annual Step Up for Autism Walk, Run, & Roll! This event will allow you to tour their new building and attend their ribbon cutting while participating in a 1 mile journey around campus. Bring your own music to jam out while exploring!
Registration begins at 8am, walk begins at 9am.

NENPHL is spotlighting Clarify Wellness, LLC Founder, Seth Rotman this month!
Clarify Wellness LLC is partnering with the National Outdoor Leadership School(NOLS)! He has blended the leadership curriculum of NOLS with his unique 8DHD model of ADHD management. Together we will be offering a 7 day ADHD management and leadership training expedition in the Southern Utah Canyons. This is the ultimate experience to learn to thrive with ADHD while growing as a leader.

- A day of inspiring musical performances, Share the Stage pairs local, professional musicians with neurodiverse musicians to showcase their talents.All too often, members of the neurodiverse community are not offered the sameopportunities to perform. Share the Stage was created to combat this discrimination and make the stage more inclusive for all. The Event will raise funds for the Autism Science Foundation (ASF), a 501(c)3 organization.
