Best Practices to Support Neurodiversity in the Workplace

Hiring neurodiverse talent can be very advantageous for employers. Yet, neurodiverse individuals, particularly those with autism, experience higher levels of unemployment and underemployment than both people without disabilities and people with other types of disabilities.
