Join us for this webinar as we explore findings from Cornell University’s Autism Transition to Adulthood Initiative (ATTAIN), as well as from a National Science Foundation research project on ways employers can modify the job interview process to lead to better hiring outcomes. This webinar will also delve into promising practices emerging from the Cornell Lab of Ornithology’s Project LIFE on how to support neurodiverse individuals in the workplace, as well as practical guidance from a leading disability-inclusiveness business consultancy on what you can do to make your workplace inclusive for all.

Philadelphia Country Club 1601 Spring Mill Road, Gladwyne, PennsylvaniaEls for Autism will host an Ernie Els #GameON Autism Golf clinic at select locations of the
Golf Challenge regional event series in order to offer participants an orientation to golf,
specialized for individuals on the autism spectrum. The 1-hour clinic includes a 5-minute
introduction and 45 minutes of golf activities with intermittent short breaks. During the
clinic, students will work on new golf skills while practicing specific autism learning concepts
infused into the lesson plan. The clinic is divided into 4-6 stations that utilize visual supports
to cover basic golf skills: Stretching & Grip, Putting, Chipping, Pitching, and Full Swing.
