Event Abstract

Join NENPHL, Philly SHRM, and CHOP for an engaging half-day summit focused on fostering inclusive workplaces for neurodiverse talent. This event is designed for HR professionals, talent acquisition specialists, managers, and DEI advocates seeking practical strategies to enhance neuroinclusion within their organizations. Attendees will gain valuable insights from industry leaders, research experts, and neurodivergent professionals through data-driven presentations, panel discussions, and interactive workshops. Learn actionable steps to break barriers, implement inclusive hiring practices, and create environments where all employees can thrive.

Session Overview: This interactive session is designed to move attendees one step forward in their neuroinclusion efforts. Using data from registration, participants will be grouped based on their current focus—whether it be training, retention, or hiring.

  • If an organization is primarily engaged in training, this session will challenge them to think about retention strategies and inclusive workplace culture.
  • If an organization is already working on retention, the focus will shift to inclusive hiring practices and expanding access to neurodiverse talent.

Through guided discussions and structured activities, attendees will collaborate to identify actionable next steps that will elevate their current neuroinclusion strategies. The session will conclude with a collective sharing of key takeaways and strategies for implementation.
