This collaborative event brings together organizational leaders, neurodivergent professionals, and student voices to highlight the power of mentorship and leadership in fostering inclusive advancement. Co-hosted by the Neurodiversity Employment Network: Philadelphia and the University of Delaware’s Spectrum Scholars Program, the day features real-world models of leadership, practical tools to expand inclusive opportunities, and a celebration of meaningful mentorship connections.

BIT Academy Webinar: Salesforce Administration and Digital Accessibility
Presented by the Neurodiversity Employment Network: Philadelphia and the Blind Institute of Technology. This unique, skills-focused webinar highlights accessible, no-cost BIT Academy training in Salesforce Administration and Digital Accessibility for students and job seekers with disabilities. Hear from BIT Founder Mike Hess and learn how Academy courses can connect to U.S. Department of Labor registered apprenticeships, paid experience, and pathways to roles with leading companies. Our Story
The Neurodiversity Employment Network was founded in 2018 by a group of professionals passionate about creating neurodiverse employment opportunities. Today, the Network connects neurodivergent job seekers with employers, educators, and service providers all across the Greater Philadelphia Area.
