Co-hosted by the Neurodiversity Employment Network: Philadelphia and the University of Delaware’s Spectrum Scholars Program, the day features real-world models of leadership, practical tools to expand inclusive opportunities, and a celebration of meaningful mentorship connections.

This unique, skills-focused webinar highlights accessible, no-cost BIT Academy training in Salesforce Administration and Digital Accessibility for students and job seekers with disabilities. Hear from BIT Founder Mike Hess and learn how Academy courses can connect to U.S. Department of Labor registered apprenticeships, paid experience, and pathways to roles with leading companies.
