NENPHL: Message from the Executive Director
Hello Neuroinclusion Allies!
We’re launching into the year with bold ideas, new initiatives, and an unwavering commitment to expanding neuroinclusive employment. Our first newsletter comes a little later than planned, but that’s because big things are happening! We’ve identified three key focus areas—mapping the neurodiversity employment ecosystem in Philadelphia, fostering meaningful connections, and building strong partnerships—to drive real change. To support this work, we’re introducing three innovative programming tracks: Early Career Professional, Employer Evolution, and Think Tank, each designed to spark collaboration, tackle challenges, and create more pathways for neurodivergent talent.
Now is the time to get involved and spread the word! March through May will feature dynamic programming designed to spark innovation, empower professionals, and cultivate transformative partnerships in neuroinclusive employment. As we celebrate Neurodiversity Celebration Week (March 17-23) and Autism Acceptance Month in April, we encourage you to attend an event, connect with new partners, and share NENPHL with organizations that can benefit from and contribute to this work. Neuroinclusion is a business imperative—let’s build momentum together and make 2025 a year of action, growth, and impact!
