NENPHL’s Programming Tracks

Neurodiversity Employment Network of Philadelphia has recently launched 3 Programming Tracks geared towards driving action for meaningful employment opportunities for neurodivergent individuals. Programming Tracks will help individuals determine which events are most aligned with their needs and knowledge base.

Programming Track Descriptions 

Early Career Professional

This track is designed for neurodivergent individuals navigating the transition from education to employment. Sessions will focus on career readiness, self-advocacy, workplace communication, and strategies for long-term success. Participants will gain insights from industry professionals, learn about workplace accommodations, and connect with peers to build a supportive network for their career journey.

Think Tank

This track is ideal for thought leaders seeking to advance neurodiversity in employment beyond compliance toward true inclusion.
