Hello Neuroinclusion Allies,
We are stepping into 2026 with energy and direction. 2025 was a year of real building for Neurodiversity Employment Network of Philadelphia. We strengthened our infrastructure, reviewed our data carefully, clarified our processes, and aligned our work more tightly to mission. In a year that felt uncertain and heavy for many, this network stayed steady. I am proud of what was built and strengthened.
You were clear in your feedback about what matters most:
- More employers actively involved
- More mentorship and shared learning
- More meaningful, sustained connection
Our focus this year is simple and specific. We are prioritizing employer outreach, strengthening how connections are tracked and followed through, and launching our first Community of Practice to support sustained collaboration. Each of these efforts is designed to increase access to real opportunities across the network.
You will see this reflected in how we show up:
- A more focused event calendar, with each gathering intentionally structured to move opportunities forward
- A refreshed Connect and Learn Meetup with employer rotations and an open Lunch and Learn for the full network
- Strategic presence in employer spaces and local businesses across the region
We are building toward a strong Summer and Fall, with additional gatherings in development. We are also looking ahead to Cities of Inclusion and Empathy Tech at the Philadelphia Convention Center this October. There is important work ahead, and we cannot wait to see this community continue to turn connection into opportunity!
