Integrate for Good (IFG) empowers students and young adults with disabilities to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and prepare for meaningful employment. Based on the campus of Ursinus College in Collegeville, PA, our innovative, strengths-based programs combine experiential learning, executive functioning, self-advocacy, career exploration, and inclusive volunteerism. Through partnerships with businesses, schools, and community organizations, we create opportunities for participants to develop professional skills, expand their networks, and contribute their unique talents. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to belong, lead, and thrive in the workplace and beyond.
