This newsletter seeks to engage our community and drive connection and opportunity across the network. NENPHL: Message from the Executive Director Hello Neuroinclusion Allies! Happy Pride Month! We celebrate the power of authenticity and affirm the importance of inclusive communities where all individuals—neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, and beyond—are seen, respected, and supported in every aspect of life and work. Spring 2025 was a season of momentum. From Neurodiversity Celebration Week through Autism Acceptance Month, our network was active and energized: Launched the Early Career Professionals track with First Steps to Financial and Holistic Wellness at WCUPA Convened our first Internship Development Roundtable at MEA, strengthening bridges between employers and early talent Brought entrepreneurial focus to the forefront with the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Summit at Villanova Featured as the highlighted nonprofit by Challenger Grey Amplified voices and stories through the AAM Spotlight Series and our Expanding Impact Campaign The momentum continued into late spring with meaningful events designed to support both employers and future professionals: Partnered with CHOP and Philly SHRM for Fostering Inclusive Workplaces, offering HR leaders practical strategies for neuroinclusion Closed the season with our Connect & Learn Meet Up, where students practiced networking in a safe, supportive environment built for skill-building and confidence We’re now looking ahead: Summer Series kicks off July 16 at Saxby’s–Drexel, with August sessions at Cleanlogic and VFES Our EAF 2025 Grant Project is underway—expanding our website to strengthen collaboration and better map Philadelphia’s neurodiversity and employment ecosystem. As part of that project, we’re currently interviewing candidates for three new part-time roles to begin this summer Thank you for being part of this movement.
