In this Newsletter:
Hello Neuroinclusion Allies!
April is Autism Acceptance Month, and it feels like a meaningful time to share what this work looks like in motion! Over the past few months, we have been focused on outreach and relationship-building across the network, with a strong emphasis on engaging more employers and creating space for connection ahead of our upcoming events.
You will see this come to life in our Connect and Learn Meet Up on May 12 at West Chester University, where employers and job seekers will come together for structured, practice-based conversations, followed by a Lunch and Learn for additional networking. Our following event will be Retention by Design on July 15th at the Science Center- University City, focused on how workplaces support growth and belonging over time. Registration for Retention By Design will begin soon.
The data in this newsletter offers a snapshot of the connections happening every day, along with continued progress in strengthening our digital infrastructure to better support visibility and access across the network. As always, there are many ways to step in, and we hope you will join us!
