This presentation will examine common obstacles faced by neurodivergent employees and offer practical suggestions for both personal compensatory strategies and formal accommodations. Additionally, we will explore the topic of disclosing neurodivergence in the workplace, including the potential benefits and drawbacks of doing so at various stages. A list of resources on neurodivergence, disclosure, and accommodations will also be provided.
